Sept 27th

This week we listened to a phone conversation from "Phone Japanese" and practiced it.

We also studied the "te oku" form, this form has the meaning of doing something in preparation, or because it will be useful in the future.
examples:
memo o kaite oku - write a memo
tenkiyohou o kiite oku - listen to the weather forecast

Homework was to think of some scenario (moving house, getting ready for X'mas etc) and think of some examples of things you would do in preparation.
eg. purezento o katte okimasu
