Last class of the term, so we reviewed what we have covered in the term.
We read a little bit more of the "Homestay in a Japanese home" text (all the stuff about not wearing shoes in the house, and not pulling the plug out when you leave the bath)
Then we practiced a conversation taking place in a homestay situation where I had tried to shoehorn in as many diffferent structures as I could in. Such as:
(shi)nakereba narimasen
(shi)te wa ikemasen
(shi)te mo ii desu ka
(shi)tari (shi)tari shimasu
(shi)tai desu /shite hoshii desu
(suru) koto ga suki desu/ kirai desu/ dekimasu
and so on.
I also have a verb table copied from a text book which gives examples of loads of different verb conjugations - if you were absent and would like a copy of this, please email me you address and I'll send it to you along with the conversation worksheet.
Next lesson will be April 20th.
Have a good Easter break
